Supporting you to get your spark back, get unstuck and rewrite your narrative
Psychology sessions in Osborne Park, Perth, and Telehealth Australia wide
You might be the one who keeps things together for everyone else
The one who reads the room, thinks ahead, takes responsibility, and tries to get it right. You might be seen as capable, reliable, someone others depend on. But there can be a sense that you’re holding more than you can fully put down.
Therapy for patterns that feel hard to shift
I work with people who likely learnt early on not to be seen, or not to be too much.
Somewhere along the way, it became easier to adapt. To keep the peace. To make sure connection didn’t feel at risk. These ways of being often made sense at the time. They helped you navigate what you needed to.
But over time, they can start to feel limiting. Like you’re always adjusting, always thinking ahead, always carrying the mental load, but not always feeling met in return.
As a psychologist, I support people feeling stuck, and help you get unstuck from patterns rooted in survival rather than choice.

Areas I can support you with
Therapy may be helpful if you’re experiencing:
Anxiety, stress or social anxiety
Low mood or depression
Burnout and emotional overwhelm
Feeling not good enough
People-pleasing or perfectionism
Attachment wounds or anxious attachment
Childhood emotional neglect or parentification
Unhelpful relationship patterns or relationship strain
These patterns are not random. Often, they are ways your system learnt to manage connection,
protect you from rejection, or keep things feeling safe.
My Approach
Therapy with me is active, collaborative, and focused on helping you create meaningful change, not just insight on its own.
Many of the people I work with are already self-aware. You may understand your patterns and still feel frustrated that nothing seems to shift.
In our work together, we look at what’s happening now, while also understanding where these patterns began. I typically draw on Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Schema Therapy and attachment-based therapy, integrating them in a way that fits you.
I’m not a passive psychologist. I’m engaged, responsive, and honest in the room. I offer reflections, ask questions that help you think differently, and gently challenge patterns that are no longer serving you, without shaming you.
The aim isn’t perfection. It’s helping you feel more grounded in yourself, more secure in your relationships, and less driven by patterns that were built around survival.
Hi, I'm Teah
I’m a registered psychologist based in Osborne Park, Perth.
I have created a compassionate and curious space where you can feel safe to explore and heal attachment wounds and behavioural patterns that impact your life.
For the one who always helps others, but wouldn’t dare ask for help themselves.
For the one who keeps the peace, even when it means contorting yourself a little more each time.
For the one who is so worn thin you feel see through.
I see you.
